The Mission and Goals of Frederick Roots
Mission:
To document and preserve the history of the African American
communities of Frederick County, Maryland.
Goals:
1. To produce a collection of historical resource materials.
2. To make that collection available to researchers.
3. To aid individuals in (re)discovering their past.
